Peppermint: Mentha ×piperita (L.)
Why Peppermint Leaf? Ahh, the refreshing zing of peppermint! This versatile herb has long been used to promote fresh breath and oral health but is also a delicious addition to savory dishes. It is often used in Middle Eastern cuisine as well as a tonic infusion. It is most well known for its use in tea, but don’t let that stop you from adding it to homemade bath products (especially for men!), potpourri, and yummy baked goods.
