Yarrow: Achillea millefolium (L.)
Why yarrow? In folklore, yarrow was important in divination and, when tied to a cradle, it was thought it would protect a baby. This essential oil is beneficial in a number of blends and can also be used to discourage mosquitoes.
Quality Assured: Our yarrow essential oil is sustainably and responsibly sourced from South Africa. The essential oil is produced by steam distillation from dried yarrow flowers. Every batch of oil is produced without the use of genetic engineering, artificial fertilizers, or pesticides. Additionally, our expert aromatherapists here at the Apothecary Shoppe personally assess all of our oils—using touch, taste, smell, and lab analyses—to ensure that your essential oil is suitable for use and entirely free of adulterants.
*This oil is not certified organic, however, it is organically grown and pesticide-free.
