Formula:
THROAT AND COUGH-EASE TEA:
Marshmallow Althaea officinalis root: 1 teaspoon
Peppermint Mentha xpiperita leaves: 1 teaspoon
Yarrow Achillea millefolium leaves: 1 teaspoon
Pour the boiling water over the herbs and leave it to steep for five to 10 minutes. Strain the tea, and it’s ready to drink. Sweeten with organic honey to taste.
