Formula:
HAPPY TUMMY INFUSION:
Spearmint Mentha spicata: 1 ounce
Ginger Zingiber officinale root: 1/3 ounce
Mix the two herbs and store until needed. As needed, use one teaspoon of the herb mixture to one-half cup of water to prepare an infusion. Cover while steeping for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain. Use two to six tablespoons for adults and one-half to one teaspoon for infants, three to four times a day or as needed.
