Elder Sambucus nigra flowers: 3 parts
Verbena Verbena officinalis herb: 3 parts
Gentian Gentiana lutea root: 1 part
Combine the dried herbs and prepare as an infusion. Infuse one teaspoon of dried herb mixture in one cup building waiter for 20 minutes. Drink three cups per day.
