Why Fumitory? Also known as “earthsmoke,” fumitory’s appearance conjures images of smoke emanating from the ground. Like dandelion, fumitory is a useful herb and easily accessible in many environments.

Cautions and Contraindications: Do not use in excess and do not take longer than eight consecutive days without a break of at least 10 days, after which time, the herbal routine can be repeated for a further eight days.
Formula:
COLD EXTRACT OF FUMITORY:
Fumitory Fumaria officinalis herb: 1 teaspoon
Filtered cold water: 1⁄2 cup
Mix the two ingredients and leave covered to steep for approximately 10 hours in a warm spot. Dosage is one-half to one cup daily. Less alkaloids are extracted in a cold infusion.
