Formula:
HEALTHY BOOST TEA
Yarrow Achillea millefolium leaves and flowers: 2 ounces
Boiling water: 2 pints
Honey: to taste
Place the yarrow into a ceramic teapot and add the boiling water. Infuse the yarrow for 20 minutes then strain and sweeten with honey. Use one-half cup every two hours. A dash of cayenne and ginger will enhance the action.
