BLADDERWRACK TEA:
Bladderwrack Fucus vesiculosus: 1 teaspoon
Filtered water: 1 cup
Boil water and pour over dried herb in a ceramic or glass teapot. Steep for at least 10 minutes. Drink no more than three cups per day.
