Why Sage? Sage is a perennial herb with a woody stem. The leaves are oval, rather woolly, and very aromatic which is why sage is often a favorite in Mediterranean cooking. Burning sage has long been a traditional way to cleanse the energy of a space. Sage may help support healthy clear memory, normal mood and cognitive functions, maintain a healthy immune system and soothe normal inflammation in healthy adults.
