Formula:
BALANCE TEA:
Astragalus root Astragalus membranaceus: ½ teaspoon
Ashwagandha Withania somnifera: ½ teaspoon
Licorice Glycyrrhiza glabra: ½ teaspoon
Filtered water: 1 ½ cup
Pour the boiling water over the herbs and leave it to steep for five to 10 minutes. Strain the tea and it is ready to drink.
