HERBS de PROVENCE:
Lavender Lavandula angustifolia: 3 tablespoons
Oregano Origanum onites: 3 tablespoons
Savory Satureja hortensis: 3 tablespoons
Thyme Thymus vulgaris: 3 tablespoons
Basil Ocimum basilicum: 1 teaspoon
Sage Salvia officinalis: ½ teaspoon
Mix all together and use in recipes as a seasoning for chicken, meat, or cheese spreads. This mixture is most flavorful if used within one year. Makes about ¾ cup.
