1-oz skullcap Scutellaria lateriflora
1-oz hops Humulus lupulus
1-oz catnip Nepeta cataria
1-oz valerian Valeriana officinalis
½-oz black cohosh Cimicifuga racemosa
Mix the herbs and store in a dry airtight container. As needed, prepare a standard infusion or powder and place mixture in capsules. Use 4-T to 6-T of the infusion on retiring or 2-4 capsules, three times a day. This formula may be too bitter for some of you so try adding just a small shot of natural black cherry concentrate which also has antioxidant potential.
