Catnip Nepeta cataria herb: 1⁄2 ounce
Yarrow Achellia millefolium leaves and flowers: 1⁄2 ounce
Elderflower Sambucus nigra flowers: 1⁄2 ounce
Peppermint Mentha ×piperita leaves: 1⁄2 ounce
Blend the herbs and prepare as a standard infusion. Drink three cups daily.
